Place an Order Online

Placing an order online is the easiest & the quickest way to shop. All the orders placed using our webstore before 2.00 P.M (IST) are processed on the same day if the available products are in-stock. Orders placed after 2.00 P.M (IST) are processed on the next working day or as mentioned on the website. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation or as communicated with our store representative.

 For Indian customers, we accept VISA, Mastercard and Maestro debit/credit cards for online order made through our secure checkout. Your card details are encrypted using a 256-bit encrypted data sent over the internet. We do not store your card details and is not visible to us in anyway.

If you are an international customer (outside India), Paypal is currently the safest and the quickest option available. Paypal can also be used by customers in India for all online orders. The payable amount is in US$. The exact payable amount can be calculated by switching to '$' currency. The amount mentioned during checkout for international customers includes the paypal transaction fees and other charges applicable for exporting the goods. The charges mentioned does not include the customs duty charges (if applicable) for destination countries.

Place a purchase order

Purchase orders are accepted for Indian schools, university and government organizations. To place a purchase order, first create your order on Entesla's website by adding the required products to your cart. Enter the appropriate shipping and billing address for invoice generation and shipping the package. Upon checkout select Bank Transfer or Cheque/Money Order as the payment option.  Mention "For Purchase Order" in the comments section provided. Your order is now complete. You will receive an e-mail invoice. Submit the invoice document to your purchaser and they will duplicate the items, prices, taxes and shipping so that the PO matches. This is the fastest method to get your PO processed without any errors and delays.

       If you do not find a particular product as per your requirement on our Webstore, send us an e-mail with the item required and the desired quantity and we shall update you with its pricing and availability.

Placing orders through phone/e-mail

Occasionally you may not find what your are exactly looking for or you may have trouble understanding a particular product. Feel free to send us an e-mail. A representative will help you out with your query. For products not available on our Webstore the orders will be taken over e-mails. The pricing and availability of the products will be mailed to you prior to placing the order. The payment and delivery instructions will also be mailed to you along with the quotation. Upon confirmation of your payment the order will be processed.

To ensure that an order is processed without errors and delays we recommend placing orders through our Webstore or E-mails. We do not take orders on phone.

Bank Transfer Instructions

Please transfer the total amount to the following bank account if you opt to make your payment using Bank Transfer. This mode of payment is recommended for customers in India Only.

Discounts offered

The prices for all our products are kept at a reasonable price. Additional discounts can be availed on bulk quantities. Products available on sale are offered at discounts and the discounted price is mentioned on the product page. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated with the offers we are running and also updates about our new products.

If you would like to become our distributor and have a regular requirement of different products from our store, you may get in touch with our team and we shall offer you products at discounted prices.

Local pick-up

If you wish to pick-up the order placed from our store ensure you select the option: Pick up from store during checkout. The online store department shall get in touch with the pick-up date & time.

Domestic Shipping

We provide the buyer with an option to opt for either Express shipping (1-2 Day delivery) or Economy Shipping (2-5 Day delivery). The time it takes to reach the destination is based on the location of the buyer and availability of the courier service. It may take a little longer time for the package to reach remote locations.

Our Express shipping is done via DTDC Courier services or Professional Courier service. Both of these courier services also offer good package tracking service using their online tool.

Our Economy shipping is usually done via DTDC courier service.

An email will be sent to the buyer with the tracking number and shipment service information. You can use it to track your package using online tracking service provided by the courier companies.   

International Shipping

All our International shipments are done via FedEx/DHL/UPS/Aramex. The package is trackable using the online tracking tool service hosted by the respective shipment companies.

Free Shipping

For products offered under the free shipping scheme are usually shipped using the Economy Service. The estimated delivery time is usually 2-5 Days. 

Free shipment is only available for orders placed above a certain mentioned amount.

Product availability

The product availability status is mentioned on the product page. Products in-stock is ready for shipment. Occasionally it a may take an additional working day to make the product ready for shipment. 

For product not in-stock, the lead time is generally mentioned on the product page. Get in touch with our store representative for the exact date of availability of the product.


The in-house technical team thoroughly tests the products before dispatch. Occasionally, if the product fails to perform as desired, kindly contact the technical team for support. If a manufacturing defect is found the part would be replaced immediately without any questions asked.

Making wrong connections or supplying out of specification voltages may damage the product permanently. In such a scenario the warranty is void. For more information kindly refer the below information:

If there are any damages or missing parts when you receive the order from us, you have 90 days to report to us (or the time period mentioned in the purchase invoice). We will replace the damaged products or send you the missing parts. 

You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.                                          

Returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise 'played with' merchandise will not be accepted unless authorized by Technical Support.

Return or Cancellation Policy

In order to avoid any complications or misunderstandings, kindly do not return products before contacting our sales representatives via  E-mail: store@entesla.comWe will make sure to help you initiate the return procedure in a correct way, and get a replacement product or a partial/full refund of the product price. Without prior correspondence with our Sales representative, Entesla will not accept any returns and will not be obliged to provide you with a replacement product or refund, including any expenses that customers faced in the meantime.
